We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, and telecom billing systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the Amdocs Openet Billing Platform and a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate full-stack infrastructure solutions across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop and automate robust CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless DevOps lifecycle management.
- Deploy, manage, and scale microservices-based applications across development, staging, and production environments.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure practices.
- Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
- Troubleshot complex infrastructure and platform issues, performing root-cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices including security scanning, compliance enforcement, and governance controls.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to DevOps strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience.
- Strong experience supporting microservices architecture.
- Proven experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with telecom billing platforms, specifically Amdocs Openet (mandatory).
