Experience with web projects, the level of which can vary, but they must be able to understand components and content types.
We can teach them, but we can’t understand it for them.
Experience writing a BRD.
Experience documenting complex processes.
Technical-minded (doesn’t have to have development or technician experience, but a knack for how technology works – websites, databases, etc).
Jira or similar experience working with dev teams to break out the documented requirements into development tasks/stories.
Agile is a plus.
Someone who is looking to fit into a team in the long term and look for growth in the role is preferred.
They need to be a go-getter, ready to chase after work, lead meetings, and ask lots of questions, lead meetings with stakeholders and developers.
Personable – no robots. We need people to build confidence and relationships with our business stakeholders.
In the Malvern office 5 days per week.
We can drop the in office days to 2 days after they have been onboarded, but we need someone who is willing to come in when needed and so must be local.
