Job Description

• About 5 years of experience.
• Experience with web projects, the level of which can vary, but they must be able to understand components and content types.
• We can teach them, but we can’t understand it for them.
• Experience writing a BRD.
• Experience documenting complex processes.
• Technical-minded (doesn’t have to have development or technician experience, but a knack for how technology works – websites, databases, etc).
• Jira or similar experience working with dev teams to break out the documented requirements into development tasks/stories.
• Agile is a plus.
• Someone who is looking to fit into a team in the long term and look for growth in the role is preferred.
• They need to be a go-getter, ready to chase after work, lead meetings, and ask lots of questions, lead meetings with stakeholders and developers.
• Personable – no robots. We need people to build confidence and relationships with our business stakeholders.
• In the Malvern office 5 days per week.
• We can drop the in office days to 2 days after they have been onboarded, but we need someone who is willing to come in when needed and so must be local.
