Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Conduct playback sessions to ensure requirements align with client expectations.
• Develop functional flows using tools like Visio/ConceptDraw.
• Work with offshore teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with UX designers to review and validate wireframes with clients.
• Document and manage project requirements, ensuring readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end project delivery.
• Proficient in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, ConceptDraw) and wireframing.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of material management, MDM, BOM, and supply chain.
• Familiarity with PLM applications (Flex PLM preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• BA or equivalent degree.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with vertical product management and licensing partner processes.
• Knowledge of UI requirements and wireframe creation.
• Ability to work with agile teams and manage multiple priorities.
