Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), GRC solutions, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will gather, document, and communicate requirements, manage projects, perform testing, and provide training for IAM platforms like ISIM, IGI, SailPoint, and Alert Enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to gather and document business requirements, and communicate them to development teams.
• Support and manage IAM platforms (ISIM, IGI, SailPoint), including onboarding new application requests.
• Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Perform integration and regression testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Investigate and resolve post-implementation issues for users.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training. Document processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Experience with GRC tools like RSAM, ARCHER. Ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Design and run SQL queries, create reports using Microsoft BI tools and Report Manager.
• Work in Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning and development cycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM, GRC, and Agile.
• Proficiency in IAM platforms (ISIM, IGI, SailPoint).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
