Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will play a critical role in guiding and facilitating Agile processes, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. With over 6 years of experience in Agile practices and a deep understanding of SAFe Agile and SDLC, the Scrum Master will lead the team through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including work planning, PI planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint/release planning.
• Guide and support project teams to ensure effective collaboration and productivity. Address any obstacles or challenges that arise.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between project goals and deliverables. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved.
• Continuously assess and improve Agile processes to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Maintain and update Agile metrics, project documentation, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven expertise in organizing and facilitating work planning, PI planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint/release planning.
• Strong ability to manage and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and convey complex concepts.
• Relevant Scrum Master or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist) are preferred.
