Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), specifically in the Supply & Response Planning and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing IBP solutions to support business planning and supply chain processes. This position requires a blend of technical architecture knowledge, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP IBP Supply & Response Planning and Inventory modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IBP solutions.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end planning solutions that align with business objectives and supply chain strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and change agent to drive process improvements and solution adoption across the organization.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions leveraging SAP IBP capabilities.
  • Provide expertise in system architecture, integration design, and planning process optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders at varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Support testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend best practices within the SAP IBP landscape.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and changing business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP, particularly Supply & Response Planning and Inventory modules.
  • Experience in SAP IBP implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes, inventory optimization, and response planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive change management and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP IBP.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning best practices and industry standards.
  • SAP IBP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
