Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Flows, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Lead integration efforts with enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, middleware, and data warehouses using REST, SOAP, and platform APIs.
• Oversee DevOps and deployment processes using Change Sets, Copado, Flosum, or Jenkins.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security and data governance standards.
• Utilize tools like Data Loader, Ant Migration Tool, VS Code, Eclipse IDE, and GIT for development and version control.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the platform.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Support production deployments and post-release maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builders.
• Strong command of Salesforce Lightning, Lightning App Builder, and Design System.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of Trigger Frameworks, asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queueable), and recursion handling.
• Experience with Connected Apps and OAuth flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce customization, object model, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and security access controls.
• Deployment experience using Change Sets, Copado, Flosum, Jenkins, etc.
• Familiarity with Data migration, debugging, and performance tuning.
