Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and architects
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, recommending enhancements and optimizations
• Oversee data migration, integration, and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Drive continuous improvement in Salesforce architecture and development practices

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Ncino experience is a plus
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with data migration, integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and CI/CD processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and enterprise integrations
