• 6+ years technology experience, 4+years Salesforce experience 
• Degree in business, computers, engineering, information technology, or law, or the equivalent in relevant work experience. 
• Clear communicator, requirements translation. 
• Progressive technical and SF career path. 
• Strong in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript. 
• Create and interpret technical specifications. 
• Competent in HTML, CSS, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based API services. 
• Agile Methodology & Project Tools 
• Automations, Integrations, Migrations, and Workflows. 
• Data Quality & Validation. 
• QA, Testing, UAT (Scripts & Plans)
