Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and design solutions based on given requirements.
• Design, build, and implement secure and scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies (Visualforce, Lightning, Heroku).
• Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings and PoC development.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents in production.
• Advocate for best practices in Salesforce deployment and release management.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with architecture design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Copado, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (ETL).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
