Job Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with other enterprise applications and data sources.
• Oversee custom development efforts using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates and enhancements, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and governance.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, implementing enhancements as needed.
• Develop data management strategies, including data migration, cleansing, and governance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and process flows.
• Provide training and support to users and stakeholders to maximize the value of Salesforce solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with integration tools.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
