We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead our CRM and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects. This role requires expertise in designing scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and working closely with clients, particularly in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical solution architecture and approach during the solution design phase.
- Lead Salesforce development teams with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Design and implement custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including integration with CTI, ERP, and legacy systems.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Lightning, Communities, APEX, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tools, APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services.
- Oversee data migration strategies and manage ETL tool considerations.
- Apply best practices for environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and HTTP/S protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software project implementations, primarily related to CRM/Service Cloud business scenarios.
- At least 3 years as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Architect.
- Experience on a minimum of 3 Salesforce projects.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Communities, APEX coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tools, APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services.
- Experience integrating customized Salesforce Service Cloud with CTI, ERP, and legacy applications.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certifications are mandatory.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent.
