Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related system administration and support activities
  • Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Monitor system health, data quality, and platform usage; implement improvements as needed
  • Support release management, change control, and deployment activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and support teams
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
  • Ensure best practices for Salesforce configuration, governance, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proficiency in Salesforce core features including:
    • Flows and automation tools
    • Lightning Experience configuration
    • Dashboards and Reports
    • Data management and security model
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce release management tools (e.g., Change Sets, DevOps tools)
  • Knowledge of integration concepts and APIs
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience optimizing large user-base Salesforce implementations
