Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve business efficiency and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPA tools, programming, cloud technologies, and end-to-end process automation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows
- Build and maintain bots using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Appian
- Develop and support data pipelines, scripts, and integration components
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows for performance and reliability
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and governance policies
- Document automation processes, solutions, and technical designs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineering efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in automation, software development, data engineering, or related domains
- Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools:
- UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Appian
- Proficiency in programming languages:
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of BPMN and workflow/process automation frameworks
- Understanding of data integration, APIs, and system integration techniques
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or WebFOCUS
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Experience in building scalable enterprise automation solutions
