Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of test cases, strategies, and plans for Oracle Retail Suite products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB)
• Ensure business requirements and solutions are well understood to define test cases that minimize production defects
• Troubleshoot issues with strong analytical reasoning to support timely resolution
• Partner with the Test Automation team to develop automation scripts focused on Inventory and related areas
• Document testing processes, results, and findings, and conduct knowledge transfer activities
• Act as a subject matter expert for data engineering needs within the QA process
• Ensure integration, modeling, and orchestration of complex data are thoroughly tested using relevant coding languages
• Create and maintain testing documentation, process guidelines, and policies related to data science and analytics
• Continuously improve QA processes by identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Suite products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB)
• Strong understanding of business requirements and their translation into test strategies and cases
• Experience with test automation and the development of automation scripts
• Solid analytical skills for troubleshooting and supporting issue resolution
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders
