Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Guide and motivate multiple teams, effectively managing their priorities and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and status reports. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage and coordinate with vendors to facilitate project delivery, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
• Identify project challenges and work proactively to address them, implementing solutions that mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
• Oversee project budgets to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and cost constraints are met.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed according to the defined scope and requirements.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation related to project plans, progress, and changes. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding teams, promoting a collaborative environment, and fostering professional growth.
• Experience in engaging with and managing vendors related to project delivery, ensuring adherence to contracts and performance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing project needs.
