Roles and Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, dashboards).
• Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and manage escalation paths.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including regular status updates and project reviews.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and properly archived.
• Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending best practices for future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or in a related role with transferable skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
