Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming digital experiences in a dynamic and innovative environment! As a critical member of our team, you'll prioritize and shape the product backlog, turning visionary ideas into actionable user stories that deliver tangible value. 

With an unwavering focus on collaboration, you'll work alongside talented partners to define and refine features that align with our strategic goals. Your insights will guide the delivery team, ensuring solutions that delight users and meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake on new features, identifying the value they add to the product.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
• Work with partners and stakeholders to define high-level user stories and designs for handover to the delivery team once aligned to a sprint.
• Align with consumer insights to conduct market research to identify user needs and industry trends that inform product development.
• Understand current product performance by analyzing reports, customer feedback, and other insights to inform leadership on performance to plan.
• Prepare for and participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up, quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the Product Owner and delivery team are developing and implementing solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and impediments faced by the delivery team.
• Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Required Skills/Experience

• Have 4+ years of experience as a Digital product manager
• Have 4+ years of experience using Jira, Figma, and/or other agile delivery tools
• Ability to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and user feedback.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with product management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address conflicts and impediments.
• Understanding of UX and design principles to guide feature development.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strategic thinking to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Market research capabilities to identify opportunities and trends.
