We are seeking a Product Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting product development initiatives in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering business requirements, writing user stories, supporting UAT, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product solutions. Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Workday is highly desirable.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization.
Break down epics into actionable user stories and ensure requirements are well-defined.
Create future-state process flows and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
Work with development and QA teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements.
Support system integrations and enterprise application enhancements involving CRM and ERP platforms.
Assist with product releases, change management, and user adoption activities.
3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and epic/story decomposition.
Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping skills.
Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of business requirements.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), SAP, or Workday.
Familiarity with system integrations and cross-functional business processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash business processes, including pipeline management, contracting, risk management, and invoicing.
Experience with process automation initiatives.
Understanding of change management and user adoption best practices.
Experience supporting federal or government business environments.
