Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform Performance tuning of complex SQL Queries(Table partition, hints, indexes).
• Perform and maintain the database design  Create database objects (Schemas, table space etc.)  and  Write database procedures, functions , triggers Packages, Views, Cursors and Triggers
• Perform and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges)
• Work with Oracle 12c & above
• Working with SQL Plus and Toad and PL/SQL developer.
• Working on Data Modeling and OLAP technology.
• Optimize Stored Procedures for better performance.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Define, determine, and document testing methodologies and test strategies for the ERP project.
• Ensure all testing is planned, executed and delivered in accordance with industry best practices, and to our quality standards, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Working with  Agile/ Scrum
• Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.
• Develop best practices for standard naming conventions,coding practices to ensure consistency of data
• Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in new environments.
• Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts.
• Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies.
• Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
