Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL code for database applications and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with database administrators, software engineers, and business analysts to understand and implement database requirements.
• Optimize and fine-tune SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance, connectivity, and other issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with database trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5-12 years of professional experience in PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in writing efficient PL/SQL code.
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, or others).
• Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with database design and normalization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
