Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions based on business requirements in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance, and developers, to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and lead complex technical projects using Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Rally for planning, tracking, and reporting progress.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Leverage knowledge of Credit Card servicing and fraud systems to enable seamless integration and support project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations throughout the project.

Job Qualifications

• Pega CSSA certification and 8+ years of overall development experience, with 3+ years focused on Pega development.
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and Pega BPM frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Solid understanding of Credit Card servicing and fraud management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Rally.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teams.
