Role Description

As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using the Pega platform. This includes analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of Pega applications. 

• Designing and developing Pega BPM applications.
• Performing solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
• Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
• Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
• Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
• Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
• Conducting system performance tests.
• Maintaining the security of all system applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Pega and proven ability to execute Pega projects the ""Pega Way".
• Strong working knowledge of best practices in service design and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Excellent verbal, written and graphical communication skills with ability to influence team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
