Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices.
• Work on complex integrations with external systems, including REST APIs, Kafka, and other enterprise services.
• Develop and configure Pega applications and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other team members to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement Pega decisioning and automation to streamline business processes.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for Pega applications, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Stay current with Pega platform updates and new features, ensuring that the team is adopting the latest technologies and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, design, and implementation.
• Expertise in Pega decisioning, automation, and integration techniques.
• Strong experience with Pega's BPM (Business Process Management) suite and other Pega technologies.
• Proven experience in building integrations using REST APIs, Kafka, and other middleware technologies.
• Solid understanding of Pega application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Pega's rule-based architecture, including decision trees, decision tables, and activities.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
