We are seeking an experienced O9 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Demand & Supply Planning, and o9 Solutions implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing o9 Solutions, designing planning workflows, improving solver performance, and supporting complex production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure o9 Solutions based on business requirements and supply chain planning needs.
- Design, customize, and optimize planning configurations, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces, action buttons, procedures, and planning workflows within o9.
- Optimize solver performance to improve processing speed, planning results, and overall system efficiency.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine user stories and translate business requirements into effective o9 configurations.
- Support Client Success teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
- Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to o9 Solutions.
- Apply o9 Project Implementation Methodology throughout implementation and configuration activities.
- Develop and utilize Python plugins to support customization and business requirements.
- Work with SSIS and related data integration processes.
- Utilize IBPL and other o9-specific technologies for planning and configuration.
- Apply strong SCM concepts and supply chain planning knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of o9 Configuration Consultants when required.
- Review team deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to implementation standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management/Supply Chain Solutions.
- 5–6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and related technologies.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions.
- Strong experience with Demand and Supply Planning.
- Hands-on experience with o9 Project Implementation Methodology.
- Experience with Python Plugins and customization within o9.
- Strong knowledge of SSIS and data integration concepts.
- Experience with IBPL.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts and processes.
- Experience with planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, and report development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
