We are looking for an elite, production-ready Next.js + Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Tech Lead to take ownership of a high-priority web implementation project. The ideal candidate will provide strong architectural leadership, stabilize the current build, and ensure scalable, high-performance delivery using modern frontend and CMS integration practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of a Next.js application using App Router
- Design and implement SSR and SSG rendering strategies for performance optimization
- Integrate and align Next.js with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) workflows
- Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategy, and production readiness
- Ensure secure, scalable hosting infrastructure setup and optimization
- Abstract backend/server-side complexity to enable frontend team productivity
- Enable React developers to integrate UI components seamlessly without backend dependency blockers
- Implement and manage caching strategies, cache invalidation, and performance tuning
- Handle CORS configuration and API integration standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience
- Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Next.js architecture
- Strong expertise in Next.js App Router (mandatory)
- Proven experience with SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering models
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
- Expertise in web performance optimization and caching mechanisms
- Solid understanding of CORS, API security, and frontend architecture
