Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design the technical solution in line with Client functional specifications.
• Validate the technical solution and confirm if it works as per requirement.
• Ability to use simulation and testing tools of Kore.ai
• Work with Kore’s development and QA testing teams to deliver the technical solution.
• Implement and deliver bot-based solutions for the client as per business requirements.

Required Skills

• Min 2+ yrs hands on KORE.ai (SmartAssist and XO Platform), IVR Technologies (like Gensys and Alvaria), Java, Java Script, Python.
• Good understand on Conversational AI Platform.
• Exposure to Gen AI and NLP aspects.
• Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots as well as conversational bots.
• Experience on Node Js used for chatbot backend technology.
• Experience with full cycle of Bot development – Blueprinting, Dialog Tasks, Entity Extraction ,NLP, API Management, Testing(Batch Cycle) and Deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Hands-on experience with full cycle of Bot development
• Strong understanding of Analyze features on trends ,analysis of Bot usage.
