IT Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Lead projects from planning and execution through completion while ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Track project schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation of action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Identify and resolve project issues while adapting plans to changing business priorities and requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and organizational requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and practices.

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond effectively to changing requirements and business needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience preparing project status reports, presentations, and executive-level updates.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
