IT Project Manager

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT initiatives across functional and regional teams. The role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while driving business value, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to corporate IT standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Develop and manage business cases, project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Ensure project outcomes meet objectives and deliver expected benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions for alignment and decision-making.
• Enforce project management best practices, corporate IT policies, and quality standards.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of IT project management experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
