As a Genesys System Engineer, you will be a key player in developing and testing solutions, particularly for large enterprise SIP deployments and call routing. You will leverage your expertise in SIP troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and Genesys platforms to create and validate proof-of-concept solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, design, and develop solutions in the lab, including performing proof of concept testing.
- Manage and optimize large enterprise SIP deployments and call routing, utilizing Ribbon SBC PSX.
- Conduct expert-level SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
- Work with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure to deploy and manage solutions.
- Implement and manage transcoding, TLS/SRTP deployments, and other security measures.
- Utilize and support Genesys platforms, ensuring effective integration and functionality.
- Perform basic Linux administration tasks to support system operations.
- Deploy and manage Ribbon SBC SIP Recording and work with WebRTC technologies.
Required Skills/Expertise
- Extensive experience with large enterprise SIP deployments and call routing.
- Expert in SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and other VoIP analysis tools.
- Expert-level experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Intermediate experience with Genesys platforms.
- Intermediate knowledge of transcoding, and TLS/SRTP deployment.
- Basic Linux administration skills.
- Intermediate experience with Ribbon SBC SIP Recording deployment and WebRTC technologies.
