Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Design and optimize data models and schemas to support data integration and reporting
• Create and maintain ETL documentation, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows
• Develop ETL workflows and jobs using industry-leading ETL tools
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL performance issues and errors in a timely manner
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or DataStage
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in database concepts such as data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience with data warehouse methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
