Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into a data warehouse.
• Lead a team of ETL developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with data analysts, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure that ETL processes meet business needs.
• Optimize and fine-tune ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues in production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and data lineage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in ETL development, including experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in working with relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data integration best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
