Responsibilities

• Lead the consumption, automation, and scaling of services on AWS and other public cloud platforms.
• Design and implement solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, and Jenkins.
• Modernize and streamline OnPrem data centers by adopting DevOps practices, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Recruit, motivate, and mentor high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and optimize processes for better efficiency.
• Lead and deliver successful large-scale infrastructure initiatives and transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with public cloud services, especially AWS.
• Strong background in containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
• Proven experience leading DevOps transformations across both public and private cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and operational skills.
• Mentorship and leadership experience with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and process management capabilities.
• Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives and transformations.
