Roles and Responsibilities

• A DevOps Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the DevOps pipelines and workflows, integrating DevOps tools and technologies, fostering collaboration between development and operations teams, and driving cultural changes to enable organizations to deliver software products.
• DevOps architect should automate the process with proper tools.
• Developing appropriate DevOps channels throughout the organization.
• Evaluating, implementing and streamlining DevOps practices.
• Establishing a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes.
• Engineering general and effective processes.

Required Skills

• DevOps Engineering on Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding CI and CD concepts.
• Familiar with Branching Strategies such as GitFlow and Trunk.
• Additional Skills/Awareness.
• Good understanding of static analysis, software composition analysis, and security scanning tools such as Veracode and Sonar.
• Experience with Azure Infrastructure components.
