Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud administration, infrastructure support, cloud security, networking, identity management, and automation. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, operational expertise, and the ability to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions while maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage cloud networking, identity management, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control (RBAC), and cloud security best practices.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, connectivity, access, configuration, and operational issues.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions to streamline deployments and operational processes.
• Assist with cloud resource provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development, data, analytics, and infrastructure teams to support enterprise cloud and analytics platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.
• Follow cloud governance, security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Participate in Agile project activities, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud administration, infrastructure support, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, connectivity, DNS, and network security.
• Understanding of identity and access management, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, or infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support skills.
• Understanding of cloud security principles, access controls, and infrastructure management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong documentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage operational priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Engineer-related, or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics, data engineering, or cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric administration, workspace access management, security, and platform operations.
• Knowledge of Azure monitoring, logging, governance, and resource management tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery environments.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation technologies used in cloud operations.
