Role Description
The individual’s initial responsibilities will be assisting with the integration activities of the business unit while also working on other integration-related issues.
- Interfacing with various partner teams to analyze and determine the best tactical and strategic approaches for integration.
- Participating in a daily scrum with Technology team members to foster team relationships and understand various infrastructure initiatives and risks.
- Liaising with Enterprise Protect (EP) and indirectly with auditors for audit remediation actions.
- Helping represent Technology Solutions in design review, change management, and incident management processes.
- Engaging vendor management and/or vendors as necessary to facilitate onboarding.
- Exploring new technology opportunities alongside other members of the team and then playing an active role in executing these opportunities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- No technical work experience is required; while prior technical work experience is not required, some familiarity with infrastructure technologies (network, system, storage, security) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort level working with enterprise partners is a must while being part of our small team culture.
- The candidate should be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office; experience in programming languages is a plus but not a requirement.
