Business System Analyst

We are seeking a Business System Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and supporting the delivery of effective system solutions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into business solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business users and technical teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business requirements
• Analyze, test, and troubleshoot systems to improve performance and usability
• Create functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and user stories for development teams
• Review existing processes and design efficient, scalable workflows
• Support system implementation, coordinate UAT, and provide post-launch support
