We are currently seeking a highly skilled AWD (Automated Work Distributor) Admin with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The AWD Admin will play a crucial role in the configuration, administration, and maintenance of our AWD system. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AWD workflows, system integrations, and be adept at troubleshooting and optimizing AWD processes.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the AWD system to meet business requirements and optimize workflow processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate AWD solutions with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWD-related issues and escalations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements as needed.
• Train and support end-users on AWD functionalities and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in AWD administration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an AWD Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of AWD workflows, configurations, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) for automation and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
