AMI Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production support and operations of AMI applications and integrated systems.
• Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Monitor application performance, data flows, and system health to ensure availability and reliability.
• Develop automation, alerts, and monitoring solutions to enable proactive and predictive support.
• Coordinate production releases, upgrades, enhancements, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify recurring issues and drive preventive actions and continuous operational improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to process optimization and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in AMI applications, particularly MDMS and HES.
• Experience in application production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of AMI architecture, system integrations, and end-to-end data flows.
• Experience with application monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance management.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, automation, scripting, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, release management, and IT service management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage production issues and drive resolution across cross-functional teams.
