AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in model development, deployment, and integration, along with a solid foundation in machine learning algorithms and programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
• Build and integrate ML models with applications using REST APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and maintenance
• Work with large datasets, performing preprocessing and feature engineering
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with machine learning model development and deployment
• Experience integrating ML models using REST APIs
• Working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of core machine learning algorithms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Azure AI
• Experience with data preprocessing and analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy
• Exposure to cloud AI services and distributed computing
