We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions with a strong focus on Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the banking domain. The role involves working closely with business users, clients, and cross-functional technology teams to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business and technical problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and NLP models for enterprise use cases.
- Work on understanding and implementing banking-specific LLM use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and clients to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable AI/ML applications.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on AI/ML best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and LLM technologies.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience in application development and AI/ML solutions
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms
- Proficiency in Python for model development and data processing
- Solid experience or working knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques
- Exposure to or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably in the banking or financial services domain
- Ability to consult with users/clients and collaborate with technology teams to recommend advanced AI/ML solutions
