Job Description

• Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
• Must have PM/PO certification but does not have to have played the role of PM/PO before (needs to know role of PM/PO but does not need deep expertise)
• Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
• Looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
• Focus will be on Intake Process – rolling it out across TTS
• Prioritization  (Business Value and driving OKRs)
• OKR coaching – helping product to understand and translate to outcome oriented way of working
