Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Jira Align to support agile project management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Jira Align as needed.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize their productivity with the tool.
• Implement best practices for Jira Align administration and user management.
• Continuously optimize Jira Align to meet evolving project needs
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, etc.).
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on agile principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Ensure transparency and visibility into project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of combined experience as a Jira Align Administrator and Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in configuring and administering Jira Align.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant agile certifications.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire agile development teams.
