We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator with strong expertise in Zero Trust security, network troubleshooting, and cloud security integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ZIA and ZPA platforms, implementing security policies, and supporting enterprise-scale secure access solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Zscaler environments (ZIA & ZPA)
- Configure and maintain security policies (URL filtering, application access, malware protection)
- Implement Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access models
- Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta (SSO/MFA)
- Troubleshoot network, authentication, and application access issues
- Monitor logs, traffic, and security alerts for threats and violations
- Support VPN to ZPA and proxy to ZIA migrations
- Configure secure connectivity using PAC, GRE, IPSec, and Client Connector
- Work with SOC teams for incident investigation and resolution
