Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Zendesk features, workflows, and customization options.
• Proficiency in Zendesk configuration, including ticketing, automations, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Zendesk certification is a plus.
