·Strong experience in Oracle Retail XStore POS system (Store Server, Client, Central Office).

·Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix commands, shell scripting, and server monitoring.

·Familiarity with SQL queries and database troubleshooting (Oracle or SQL Server).

·Knowledge of integration points with other Oracle Retail systems like ORPOS, EFT, promotions, inventory, etc.

·Understanding of retail store operations and Point-of-Sale processes.
