Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide development and maintenance support for Workforce Software, including configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of enhancements and defect fixes.
  • Manage the lifecycle of configuration changes across multiple environments, from development to production.
  • Design, build, and maintain inbound and outbound Workforce interfaces, including modifications as business needs evolve.
  • Create and modify custom Workforce reports based on user and business requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional testing (unit, regression, interface, and integration); document and communicate testing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements; create or update related business and technical documentation.
  • Follow established change management procedures, including documentation, approval processes, and participation in change review meetings.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets using the organization’s enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to Agile delivery cycles.

 

Required Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Workforce Software, including configuration, development, and support.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies in a professional work environment.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or a similar enterprise-level ticketing system.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience supporting Workforce Software in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Workday integration, though it is not a core focus of this role.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
