Core Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end test planning and execution strategy for Workday implementations.
• Coordinate the seamless handoff from Workday development teams to the testing team.
• Manage a large-scale testing effort involving over 5,000 test scenarios and a team of approximately 200 testers.
• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test scripts and scenarios aligned with business requirements.
• Foster active team engagement by encouraging participation in test case creation, execution, and defect reporting.
• Monitor and report test progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale testing efforts within Workday implementation projects.
• Strong planning, organizational, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to guide and mentor team members unfamiliar with Workday testing processes.
• Ability to navigate complex testing environments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful test execution.
