We are looking for an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience, strong configuration and implementation skills, and the ability to integrate Workday with external systems. Experience with Global Payroll is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Workday configurations for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules.
- Support full-cycle Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with external systems and third-party vendors.
- Provide techno-functional expertise, troubleshooting, and hands-on support for Payroll, Time, and Benefits processes.
- Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality documentation, training, and ongoing support for HR and Payroll stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in Workday configuration and implementation for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday integration frameworks, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Experience working with Global Payroll systems and integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
