Duties and Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Recruiting technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience
• Develop and execute project plans, including testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience. 
• Define, build, and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to recruitment processes.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client demonstrations, proposals, and scoping sessions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of extensive experience years in the implementation and operations of Workday, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.  
• Must have expertise in the Recruitment module. 
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementing, integrating, managing, and optimizing Workday systems in a live environment.
• Proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, and JavaScript and knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language. 
• Experience in designing workflows to solve business/ Workday Studio, Core connectors, and EIB.
• Ability to Create new integrations to meet the business requirements using various Workday integration tools and technologies.  
• Good understanding and experience in cloud computing, web services, REST APIs, and associated integration challenges.
